Also, I want to tell you how helpful Vance has been over the last few weeks. I usually don't place a lot of tickets for myself but we've been sending a lot with the Nederland remodel so I have had the pleasure to work with Vance. He is thorough, extremely helpful and has amazing follow up. You never feel like you are being a bother and he makes you feel that every call is important to him.

We have received quick responses to our problems. You stepped up when we were in the middle of a possible disaster and pulled us out of the fire. Your backup and disaster recovery Plan and service is excellent. The training video for our employees on using the Help Desk is very good. Compared to our last IT guy EVERYTHING you do is great! I like that we can enter fix it tickets and rate our priority and you guys get it fixed in a timely manner even if it is low priority.

We were using a computer company out of Kearney when we started our business 5 years ago and it was a total nightmare trying to keep things running. I heard about Greg thru a business associate and made a desparation call to see if he could help us out. He came out and in about an hour he had the problems solved so we could at least operate. It took another shot or two at it to get all the bugs out and get our system straightened out but it was well worth the time it took. Greg and his crew have been our go to guys on anything computer related. We have recently completed a total system upgrade in here and Greg handled it top to bottom. With the help of the guys at discovery it and our new software that Greg installed our system is a lot more efficient ans easier to work with. Would recommend Prairie Wind and Discovery for any job involving computer software and/or hardware.
